    Daily playing hours: Playing for about 5 hours + because its the holidays but on a regular school day I will be able to play for about 4 hours a day :D

    Do you have a microphone that you can use on teamspeak: Yes, been going on TeamSpeak once in a while and hope to go on more often in the future

    Why do you want to be an admin: I want to be an admin because I enjoy helping people. I get a kick out of helping and assisting players. As I explain below I enjoy helping players in /ch h as well as helping players get set up.

    What could you bring to the team: In my opinion, when a new player join the server I think they are a little overwhelmed. One of the many things I enjoy is going to spawn when I have some spare time and helping new players on the server get set up and directing them on how to join a town and just the basics of MT-G. This in my opinion keeps players playing the server and stops them quitting and joining another server.

    I can also cope under lots of stress and am good at finding a solution to problems between players (had alot of experience of this when I was assistant in New_Megabear, where there were lots of new players around). I also believe I can fairly judge a situation to decide what course of action would be the best in the situation. I am also a great listener and understand peoples viewpoints and take them into account. Finally I would like to say I have a friendly attitude and am easy to get along with and hardly ever fall out with anyone.

    Do you have any knowledge of plugins or have any experience as an admin: I have learned a lot about plugins while being on MT-G, there is still room to learn though and luckily I am a fast learner :D. I do not have any experience as an admin.

    Do you understand that you can be removed from the admin team at any time: Yes completely, I understand that being on the staff team is a privilege and you must continue to do a good job.

    Xeaser really helps out a lot in game and even on the Forums and how Carm said he also is pretty active so I am more than sure that he has the necessary Experience.
    And of course he also is a friendly guy.
    IMO he would be a great Helper and a great addition to the Team.
    Definitely Recommended / +1

    I can't agree more with Flowen and Carm Xaesar is very very active in game, always helping out in /ch h answering question quickly and direct(on point most of the times) speaking on ts with him a bit to I know he is very mature and can handle any position given to him, with that being said I strongly RECOMMEND Xaesar!

    Xaesar or James as many of his closer friends know him, would in my opinion be a great addition to the admin team. Since the moment I joined the server has has helped me and made my time on the MTG Minecraft server more fun and painless. I have never seen Xaesar turn down a player in need. It Doesn't matter what he's up to he will be there in a moments notice when ever someone needs help. He makes the server a better place and could do more if he was made a helper.

    Answers all questions in a very helpful manner and always has the answers to any of my server related questions (just don't ask him anything about redstone :) ), when I first joined the server I was kinda out on my own just wandering around freebuild keeping to myself. The only interaction I really had with others was trade chat and I never felt too involved with the goings on but Xaesar encouraged me to sign up for New_Megabear and join in the skype calls. I found a community on the server through him that has made me very reluctant to ever leave. I've seen him be this inclusive with other new players as well and I'm sure some of them remain active on the server due to him as well. I offer my highest recommendation to him. Good luck Xaesar

    +1, iv known James since he joined New_Megabear and i can honestly say over that time he's become one of my best friends on the server. He's always interacting with the players and to say he is helpful would be an understatement. He will try his best to help no matter how big or small your problem might be. He settled many disputes as an assistant in New_Megabear and i doubt that he ever leaves the help chat :). Even though James is 13 he is very mature for his age and i believe he would be a huge asset to the admin team.
