    In-game name: Callum Howe

    Age (real life):
    19

    Timezone: GMT

Have you ever been reported on the forums or in-game: I've been reported a few times on the forums although nothing ever came of the reports.

Have you ever been warned or banned in-game? If so, why: I've never been warned or banned during my time on MTG .

Have you recently been forum warned or banned? If so, why (last 2 months): No.

Have you ever created any guides or helpful posts? If so, list them (not needed, but useful): I have a guide in the PD section about setting up your channel hotkeys and whisper hotkeys on TS.
    http://mt-gaming.com/index.php?threads/setting-up-whispers-hotkeys-on-teamspeak.1138/

I also helped finish up the last five categories for Toro's furniture guide.

What is your in-game activity like: I'm very active in game, I've had a load of free time recently so I'm usually in game throughout the peak times of the server and late into the evening.

How active are you on the forums:
I'm very active on the forums and I'm always checking the forums whether I'm at home, college or work.

Why do you want to become a moderator:

I've been a part of MTG for a while now and I've always enjoyed helping out new players and generally helping out with server related things. I found I especially enjoyed this during my times in the TRB and OB divisions in the PD, doing the work for those divisions had me interacting with members of the community a lot and I'd consider it one of my best memories from playing on MTG. However I've never really felt up to or ready for the Moderator position. Most people on the forums see me as a troll and while I do generally joke around a lot I can be serious and am serious when I need to be. A lot of my work in the PD and in the Government shows I am serious when needed to be. My work within these sections also shows that I am dedicated and put in a load of effort towards the things I do. I feel I will be able to show this if I am given the opportunity to be a Moderator. I also would like to become a moderator to change things up. I've played on the server for a long time now and doing something like this would be very refreshing.

I'd also like to add this since I've been taking a whole load of flack for it and haven't really decided to reply back to a lot of the people saying really negative things about me. In the past I have fucked around on the forums a lot and I've trolled around in-game, that's something that I've tried to put past myself and have stopped doing however many people really don't want to forget that or let others forget that. My attitude towards many different MTG related things has changed over the past 5 months and I'd actually like to show people that I have changed because right now people just don't want to let go of the old me or how I was in the past.
Why do you think you would be a good candidate for a moderator, why should you be picked ahead of another candidate and what extra can you bring to the team:

I feel I would be a good candidate for Moderator as I have been on the server long enough to learn the rules, the script and generally understand how everything works. Something like this is very useful for the moderator position. I am generally one to commit to something once I start doing it, this can be seen during my 8 months in the PD or my time in the Government right now. Even if the going gets tough I will generally stick it out as it can usually be rewarding in the end, this is something I believe would be highly useful for a position like this. Overall I believe I have what it takes to be a moderator and it's something I'd be willing to put a lot of effort into if I am to be picked for this position.

Do you have any previous experience of being an admin or a forum moderator:
I used to be a Moderator on a medium-sized SAMP community before I joined MTG late 2015, so I've picked up some experience from that. I also have some basic experience with Moderating some of the PD sub forums on MTG. (PB, OB and some general PD stuff). I have also been moderating a lot of the Government sub forums within the main Government sections.

Do you have Teamspeak 3 along with a working microphone:
    Yes.
