      The "wont be paid back thing" is called the no refunds rule. However there have been exceptions before, on a case by case basis, so you will just have to see what happens in this case

        You're not getting it. - From what I was told you none-the-less broke the rule, and in most cases, if you broke a rule because you didn't know about it you'll get told 'it's the players responsibility to read the rules.' - Even if you didn't moneyfarm, back in the 'material drought' days when people were dying due to bugs and losing '200 - 300k' shotguns, they didn't get refunded.

        Hell, Ballas lost over 1 million in a rollback, and they didn't get any of it back. Why should they refund someone who lost 100k when they broke the rule?

      How come your friend gave you ALL his money so that he had 0 dollars? Doesn't make sense just to pay back a loan. And if you have been on this server as long as you have been, why not know the rules about transferring money on same IP and just wait for your friend to go home. Doesn't add up
